The wellness center offers various treatments and therapies such as Ayurveda, naturopathy, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, reflexology and aromatherapy.
The resort accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, traveler’s checks and gift cards as forms of payment. You can also pay online through our secure website or by phone. Please note that some services or facilities may require a deposit or a pre-authorization on your credit card.
The resort follows the guidelines and recommendations of the local health authorities and the World Health Organization to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff. We have enhanced our cleaning and disinfection protocols, implemented social distancing measures, provided hand sanitizers and masks, and trained our staff on how to prevent and handle any potential cases of COVID-19.
The resort provides 24-hour front desk, room service, laundry, housekeeping, concierge, and tour desk services. The resort has a team of qualified and experienced therapists and instructors who guide and assist the guests in their wellness journey.
The cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the type of reservation you have made. Please refer to your confirmation email or contact us for more details. Generally, you can cancel your reservation without penalty up to 24 hours before your arrival date. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, you will be charged for one night’s stay.
